3/8" Diameter X 2" Long Dowel Pins (100 pack)

Dry wood can be compressed and then restored with the addition of moisture. Dowel Pins take advantage of this "memory" to rejuvenate their compressed spiral grooves with the application of water based glue. 

Our pins absorb the moisture in the glue and expand to take up the space left by the shrinking glue, creating an excellent mechanical and chemical bond. 

Our dowel Pins are milled round and slightly oversized. The grooves are then impressed into them creating an accurate, strong, joinery element.

Made of hard Canadian Maple or Birch and sold in packs of 100 pins.
